Timothy V Murphy was born in County Kerry, Ireland. Murphy began his career in Dublin where he trained in the Focus Theater. Living in Los Angeles, California; Murphy is known for his roles as Galaan in the FX hit, Sons of Anarchy and Ian Doyle in Criminal Minds. Murphy is known for the films; Disney's Lone Ranger opposite Johnny Depp; Appaloosa starring and directed by Ed Harris; Jorma Taccone's comedy Macgruber opposite Val Kilmer; National Treasure: Book of Secrets with Nicolas Cage and Ed Harris and the Indies Not That Funny opposite Tony Hale.
